 ♤Amenorrhea waa maqnaanshaha caadada, badanaa waxaa lagu qeexaa inay maqan tahay mid ama in ka badan oo caadada ah.

    ■ Goorta la arko dhakhtar

     ■ Sababaha


 Amenorrhea waxay ku dhici kartaa sababo kala duwan.  Qaarkood waa caadi, halka kuwa kalena laga yaabo inay saameyn dhinaca daawada ah ama calaamadda dhibaato caafimaad.

 Dhabar xanuunka waa sababaha ugu badan ee dadku u aadaan dhakhtarka ama shaqada uga maqnaadaan, waana sababta ugu weyn ee naafonimada adduunka oo dhan.

 Nasiib wanaag, waxaad qaadi kartaa tallaabooyin aad kaga hortageyso ama aad ku yareynayso inta badan dhacdooyinka xanuunka dhabarka.  Haddii ka hortaggu guuldareysto, daaweynta guriga ee fudud iyo makaanikada jirka ee saxda ah badanaa waxay bogsiinayaan dhabarkaaga toddobaadyo yar gudahood waxayna sii wadi doonaan inay shaqeeyaan.  Qalliin si dhif ah ayaa loogu baahan yahay in lagu daaweeyo xanuunka dhabarka.
