              DHIIG KAR






 Cadaadiska dhiig karka (hypertension) waa xaalad caadi ah oo  in dhiiga muddada dheer ee dhiigga ee kahortaga darbiyada xididdadoodu ay aad u sarreeyaan oo aakhirka sababi kara dhibaatooyin caafimaad, sida cudur wadne.

 Dhabar xanuunka waa sababaha ugu badan ee dadku u aadaan dhakhtarka ama shaqada uga maqnaadaan, waana sababta ugu weyn ee naafonimada adduunka oo dhan.

 Nasiib wanaag, waxaad qaadi kartaa tallaabooyin aad kaga hortageyso ama aad ku yareynayso inta badan dhacdooyinka xanuunka dhabarka.  Haddii ka hortaggu guuldareysto, daaweynta guriga ee fudud iyo makaanikada jirka ee saxda ah badanaa waxay bogsiinayaan dhabarkaaga toddobaadyo yar gudahood waxayna sii wadi doonaan inay shaqeeyaan.  Qalliin si dhif ah ayaa loogu baahan yahay in lagu daaweeyo xanuunka dhabarka.
